This is my speech about Physical education. It tells you a lot of information about what it does and how it functions your body.

  1. Oma atu Oma Mai
Korikori atu Korikori mai
Piki ake Piki mai
Ko to rourou me taku rourou
Ka ora ai te iwi.

2. Kia Ora my name is Keila and today I will be talking to you about Physical Education And Physical Activity and why it’s important in everyone's life.
3. People, it is important to be part of any physical activity or  a physical education program.
Not just because you live longer, your body is fitter, better co-ordinated, stronger but it’s also fun.
4. Firstly, I know that physical education will benefit all of us old and young, large and small, male and female. It is one of the must do things that each individual needs to be part of to enjoy, and have a better quality of life.
5. Secondly, Physical activity will enhance the functions of our internal organs which includes the heart, blood, muscles, stomach, sinus and the brain. Your physical body will become strong, flexible and supple allowing you the
6. individual to enjoy and physical activity from running, jumping and climbing, playing sports, swimming and even sleeping.

7. Thirdly Physical education to me means that I get to learn and understand how my body functions from the movement of my hands and fingers, movement of my back and head and the movement of my legs.
8. Basically the nuts and bolts of the body. I will also know how muscles are formed, stretched and strengthened. It helps me to learn what best nutrients my body needs to enhance that muscle or portion of my body.
9. Fourthly, Physical education will help me best learn how to prevent injuries or help me to support and heal any  injuries I may sustained in sport. Physical education will also help me understand my strengths in any given sport
10. because of my own size, weight and speed. For example, my body maybe best suited to play Basketball, Touch and Rugby rather than ballet or being a long distance runner.
11. I’m not saying that I can’t do these activities but will have a better understanding of what may suit my physical body best.

12. To conclude let us walk everywhere, run here and there, excersize, climb our mountains and share our understanding about fitness and health with each other!.
Kia ora tatou katoa.
