Should Physical Education be eliminated from our curriculum.
Did you know that physical education could eventually save your life. It can certainly help you because you are doing something that helps you to lose weight and helps you to be in great shape especially for your age. No one wants a child sick or overweight because they don't get enough P.E. at school or during P.E. time. If we didn't have P.E. or fitness at all it could lead to a cause of death or a really bad sickness.
Firstly, I think that P.E. should not be eliminated from our curriculum. I believe that if we had P.E. in school everyone would be occupied and happy. They can also communicate well with the outside world and with everyone else around them. P.E. is such a fun way to learn how to play a variety of sports.
Secondly, I believe that Sports is healthy for all of us in daily life. P.E. is the most important thing in helping children grow in physical activities. P.E. helps promote healthy and active lifestyles, It builds up physical fitness and also teaches movement and behavioral skills.
Thirdly, I think that if everyone participates in P.E. activities we will stay fit and healthy. I believe that if we all get together and concentrate on fitness, health, an active lifestyle and wellness we would absolutely be strong, fit and healthy.
Lastly, It gives us a balance in our lives.
- Emotional
- And physical (P.E.)
We need a balance in our lives to help us grow, To keep us occupied and to give us the social skills to enable us to be better people and better citizens of our Tautoro community.
